Fawad Ahmad is a high-energy business leader with over 20 years of diverse and progressive leadership experience. He has proven success managing global teams in a fast paced work environment delivering world class health systems. He possesses strong analytical decision making and communication skills with ability to deliver timely results. 

His strong technical background at Hewitt and GE Healthcare set the foundation of his professional career and was followed by leading successful establishment of PMO office and Quality Center of Excellence at DSM. The experience at Philips included management of large portfolio for Single-photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) business within Advanced Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine) division supporting 1200+ customers install base in addition to leading development of world's first fully digital PET/CT system "Vereos". 

Currently, he manages the global PMO office for Pharmaceutical Global Business Unit at Baxter Healthcare responsible for driving new product developments and platforms, geographic expansions, business development and licensing deals, on-market sustaining portfolio along with managing a multi-million annual R&D budget.

Fawad is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in addition to holding a Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters of Science degree. Strong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project life phases enabled proven success in a variety of different roles and overcome complex situations over years of professional experience.
