  • Generated $10 million business revenue by managing timely delivery of GE's Centricity PACS release to 1000+ customer sites across the U.S, Europe and Asia.
  • Achieved 10% cost reduction for the business by incorporating remote software installation components into PACS product line at GE, reducing upgrade time by 19 weeks.

  • Led 3 global software teams in delivering a business critical software package on-time for Radiology Information System (RIS) engineering contributing significantly to $20 million business revenue.
  • Generated $2 million by leading new features’ development for GE's RIS-IC product line.
  • Achieved a record 9 patent submissions in 3 months together with a team of 10 engineers.

Lead new features' development for the GE's newly acquired RIS-IC product along with extensive support to Centricity RIS, GE's suite of Radiology applications.

  • Drove a team of 10 engineers through the completion of a V&V cycle of 400 test cases, fulfilling Centricity RIS - GE's suite of Radiology applications, software release with 99% pass rate.
  • Increased GE’s customer satisfaction rating at 35 sites worldwide by driving quality to 95% no-defect pass rate on the RIS product.
  • Became the first leader in the product team to incorporate formalized methodology and mandate to drive patent submissions.

Manage and develop Workbench, Hewitt's internal suite of applications, aiding business productivity by building new testing tools and improving eNPS.

  • Led a team of 5 engineers on development of Workbench, Hewitt’s internal suite of productivity tools.
  • Drove 40% increase in client team productivity through development of tools and applications used to achieve quick and efficient results against DB2 back-end database.
